Easily extract emails and email addresses from IMAP4, POP3, and Outlook mailboxes.

With the Windows Desktop Software, you can access IMAP4, POP3, and Outlook mailboxes (including OAuth2 support for Microsoft/Office 365) and save all emails as files (.eml/RFC822) or extract all email addresses from the emails in the mailbox.

The extracted and saved emails can be viewed directly in an email program, such as Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail. When changing email servers, the emails do not have to be laboriously copied from one server to another with an email program but can be directly imported into the new email server, e.g., LANMailServer (German version only) for your own network.

For sending newsletters and mass emails, the email addresses (From, To, Cc, Sender, Reply-To) and text-based parts of the email can be directly extracted from the stored emails using MailboxFetcher and saved as CSV/text files. To send newsletters and mass emails, import this CSV file into the respective mailing software, e.g.
